Round Up for Social Justice

How are you impacting social justice in our industry?

While cannabis is now legal in nearly every state in the country, millions of Americans and undocumented residents remain incarcerated for non-violent simple possession cannabis charges. We applaud President Biden for recently granting a pardoned to 6,500 federal prisoners for cannabis procession, but the work is far from done!

Tragically, the pardon isn’t extended to state level charges which is where the bulk of the arrest happen. Imagine still sitting behind bars knowing that people can legally grow, sell and consume the same plant you were arrested for. Or worse, you find out that all of this is happening while it remains illegal federally.

Even more, multi-state cannabis corporations are emerging every day, while minorities are locked out of the industry because of convoluted regulation and other arduous barriers to entry. You can help.

With your support, you are helping the wrongly incarcerated get a clean slate in life and minority communities grow healthier socially and economically!

Will you act now to demand that the cannabis industry right the wrongs of the “War on Drugs”? Together we will create social impact for the same communities who were destroyed during prohibition.
